Sturbridge Records Nine Sales as Most Prices Await Registry Posting
Sturbridge recorded nine property sales in the deed registry from Aug. 28 to Sept. 26, but only one carries a sale price so far, at $79,828, with no street address listed in the data. Prices for the remaining eight sales, including properties on Podunk Road, Paradise Lane, Brookfield Road, Cedar Pond Road, Cricket Drive, Maple Street, McGilpin Road and Long Avenue, had not yet posted to the registry as of this roundup and are expected within about a week of recording. No two sales shared a street, so no geographic cluster stood out this period. With most prices still outstanding, the market's overall tone for the month can't yet be assessed from the available data.
