The other 13 transactions, at addresses from Fiske Hill Road to Summit Ridge, listed no consideration amount, common for many deed types. New Boston Road saw two recorded transfers, the only street with more than one this period. Several transfers listed banks or mortgage entities among the parties, and two appeared to involve trustees sharing a family name.
