Only One of 14 Sturbridge Property Sales Discloses a Sale Price
Sturbridge recorded 14 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $73,000, for a property sold by John G. Jolin to Citizens Bank NA on Aug. 20. That single data point sets the period's reported price range and median at $73,000. The other 13 transactions, at addresses from Fiske Hill Road to Summit Ridge, listed no consideration amount, common for many deed types. New Boston Road saw two recorded transfers, the only street with more than one this period. Several transfers listed banks or mortgage entities among the parties, and two appeared to involve trustees sharing a family name.
