Nine of September's 12 Sturbridge Property Sales Still Awaiting Recorded Price
Sturbridge recorded 12 property deed transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only three carry a posted sale price so far: $380,000, $425,000 and $425,000, for a median of $425,000. The month's top recorded sales were two $425,000 transactions closing Sept. 8, one involving 6 Hall Rd and one an unspecified Sturbridge address tied to the same buyer and seller households. Nine of the 12 transfers, including two same-day deeds each on Whittemore Road and Colonial Drive, have no price recorded yet, which typically reflects a data lag of about a week rather than withheld information. With most prices still pending, the data does not yet support a read on whether the local market ran hot or cool this period.
