Sturbridge Finance Committee raises landfill fund cap to $95,000 after winter pump failure. All three votes, plus approval of the April 23 minutes, passed 6-0. A member identified as Kevin pressed unsuccessfully for an explanation of a police department pickup truck purchase, saying "it's not unreasonable for the finance committee to say, I don't recommend a $100,000 pickup truck."
