That single figure stands as both the period's price range and its median; prices for the other 12 transfers had not yet posted to the Worcester County Registry of Deeds as of this report. Eight of the 13 deeds list a bank, credit union or mortgage-registration company as the seller. Two transfers moved from a family trust to an individual of the same name. With pricing data this sparse, the month's overall market strength cannot yet be assessed.
