Sturbridge Planning Board approved Cedar Street Grille expansion and released Blueberry Hill estate lots. The board voted 5-0 to approve Cedar Street Grille's waiver for a 14-by-13-foot cooler addition at 12 Cedar Street, relying on a newly built 188-space parking lot at 420 Main Street owned by applicant Brad Arcoite to offset three lost spaces. The board unanimously endorsed an ANR plan transferring 7,214 square feet between two Trail parcels to form one contiguous lot.
In its most consequential vote, the board released eight lots in Phase 3 of Blueberry Hill Estates on Rose Lane and increased the tri-partite lenders agreement by $140,000 to $322,675.68.
