STURBRIDGE — Design Review Committee approved Window Technologies facade renovation. The three voting members unanimously backed architectural and sign design changes for the 494 Main Street property in the Commercial Tourist District, including gray paint for the existing red brick facade, two new windows, new board and batten materials, and a 3-by-10-foot illuminated sign featuring orange and black lettering. The committee deferred architectural and sign design review of an Applebee's restaurant facade renovation at 120 Charlton Road pending a comprehensive sign package submission.
